Payaso
The seldom-mealy-mouthed Ron Coleman correctly labels this thug a payaso, here.
Good word, "payaso." Not only is "Pagliacci" a cognate, so is פאיאץ . At least the Cat left, and cleaned up after himself, too.
Perhaps he could get the dazzlingly pentatonic William Robinson to write and record a new Venezuelan national anthem. Oh, no, wait. He'd probably have to pay. How savage.
